Reintroduce the health system brand. Revitalize the marketing message. And do it in few months, would you? That was the challenge the Mercy marketing team gave us. They wanted to establish an identity that would become the platform to promote their hospitals and service lines.
Beginning with the tagline “Mercy Starts With Me, we worked with the marketing team to develop a multi-media campaign that portrayed a healthcare system dedicated to high quality, compassionate care, delivered through its community hospitals. In months, Mercy became synonymous with exceptional patient-centered treatment, from the doctors and nurses who gave it, to the patients who received it.
